❥ What is your Returns Policy?
As this is a small business run by one person, returns or refunds are not accepted. Items are packed carefully to ensure your order arrives to you safe and sound. In the unlikely event that something does arrive damaged and you think it did not occur during transit, please email [email protected]
❥ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, International shipping is currently available to most of Europe, North America and Japan. Orders are sent via International Royal Mail Tracked meaning they are fully tracked to their destination.
❥ Are you accepting requests for customs/comissions?
Not at the moment but we may open up requests again in the future!
❥ Can I pre-order items?
Due to most items being 1/1, items are only sold on the announced 'drop date' and cannot be pre-ordered. As items are not available for pre-order, prices are not displayed until the drop goes live on the website.
❥ How do you price your items?
When pricing pieces we take into account many things including: the value of materials used, creation time from start to finish, packing costs, whether it is a 1/1 piece or how in demand the item is. Sumiré is run by one person in charge of designing, creating and fulfilling orders so your understanding and support is greatly appreciated!
❥ Is Sumiré sustainable?
Most Sumiré pieces are created using mostly thrifted/secondhand materials in order to reduce waste and bring new life to discarded fabrics. These materials will always be stated in the item description for full transparency.
All orders are packaged in recyclable materials. Your packing slip and care instructions will be emailed to you separately to reduce paper waste and printing costs.
