U.K. ORDERS
U.K. orders may only be compensated up to £150 should they go missing. (For Royal Mail Special Delivery Service this is up to £750)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders are sent via International Royal Mail Tracked/Signed meaning Royal Mail and may only be compensated up to £250 should they go missing
Important:
ALL orders sent outside the U.K. are likely to be charged customs/duty/handling fees which are not included in the price of our items (due to Brexit this now includes Europe).
We take no responsibility for paying any customs/tax/handling fees or any other additional payments that apply to your country's laws. These must be paid for by the buyer as we will not have any involvement in the shipping process once orders are dispatched. If fees are left unpaid this may mean your item will be returned back to Sumiré and you will not be refunded.
Please check your tracking information in case your item is being held at your local delivery office.
